How contributions are collected
Direct Debit is how every contribution is collected.
Direct Debit first
Your contribution is collected by Direct Debit from your UK bank account on the agreed day. You do not need to remember to pay.
Advance notice
Before each Direct Debit you are told the date and the amount. The notice lists the contribution, the platform fee and the total as separate lines.
Platform fee: a flat amount per contribution
Your payout is paid in full. The fee is never taken from it.

If a Direct Debit fails, a card on your account can be used as a backup so the circle is not held up. A card is not the main way to pay.
When the pot is paid
The pot is paid in full about 3 working days after collection.
