If a payment fails
What happens when a Direct Debit is not collected.
What we do
If your Direct Debit fails, we tell you and try your card as a backup if you have added one.
What you can do
- Check that your account has enough money on the collection day
- Check that your bank details are still correct
- Add a card as a backup in Settings
Late payments
A circle payment that is made late is reported as late. The credit building guide explains what is reported.
